What’s the difference between a phone book and your mobile contacts? Your Mobile Phone Book allows you to categorize your entire contact list by name, number, e-mail address, or other information based on what they are doing at that very moment. Then you can easily send them reminders about upcoming appointments, events, special offers, etc., if needed. It also keeps track of who has called whom at which time. In short, it allows you to create more efficient, organized, and convenient apps for finding friends and keeping in touch with your contacts. But before we get into how to set up this feature on your iPhone and Android phones, let us take a look at the basics of phone services. The most popular phone apps include iMessage, SMS (if you don’t have one) or MMS (if using another protocol like RCS), call (if your carrier doesn’t support GSM, T-Mobile, Rogers, BellSouth, Cingular, Verizon), media player (if you have iTunes installed), calendar app (if there isn’t one), calculator, weather app (if available), games, maps, music players, and so on. Most of these apps are made by Apple/Google operating systems and allow users to add personal contacts. It also helps to keep up with updates and new features of each device. We must be honest here. You are not going to use all these applications together and you will definitely need separate devices for different purposes. So, what will you do if you want to customize some of those built-in apps but cannot find their corresponding software on any platform? This problem may be frustratingly difficult even for experienced developers because we are talking about hundreds of third-party applications. Therefore, I strongly advise you that if you own a phone, make sure to install multiple versions of every application that comes pre-installed on it. If possible, I would suggest downloading different programs from the internet when installing your first phone, just to make sure that nothing weird happens afterwards. Since then, everything should work fine. Here is my complete “step-by-step guide on How to Set up WhatsApp Desktop Client on iPhone through Command Line”
