The Game Overview:
Call of Duty: Mobile can be played as either a first-person shooter or a third-person shooter, depending on your preference. In this article we are going to discuss all the available modes so you can decide what suits your playstyle the best.
Free-to-Play Modes
Call of Duty: Mobile offers four modes where players can battle against each other across the globe called “zones,” namely Warzone, Zombies, Domination, and Search & Destroy. Here's how these modes work:
Warzone The primary goal is to kill as many enemies as possible within a specified amount of time. This mode is popular because the objective is simple enough. Players must clear out their opponents' base and pick up various weapons to do so. But to get started with guns, it takes multiple rounds, making every death count. Because everyone has different abilities, one player may not have any advantages to finish his opponent. With the help of special characters like Delta Force Agent, who helps them win by picking high damage from close range. If you wish to go into war, then make sure the zone selection is correct. Each zone has its own characteristics: zombies are fast, but slow; Domination supports heavy attacks, while searching and destroying lets you focus on getting rid of just a few enemies. During raids, search and destroy works well. There are around 50+ maps, all of which allow you to mix things up by playing through different scenarios or even starting off with something familiar and new. Every map includes several hidden areas of sorts so you can explore the world and figure out how much you're prepared to handle before killing everyone. Some maps offer a little surprise when they encounter certain enemies that give players valuable loot, such as the sniper tower found near Los Angeles. On top of that, there are tons of gameplay features like Kill Confirm which allows you to see where your teammates are located, enabling you to communicate better and more efficiently. Although most maps in the Warzone have similar objectives, different variations of the same missions can vary depending on your preferences. You won't always need to be the first team to kill the leader, but if you want to start fighting on your terms, then you'll have more trouble unless you change your approach and try new ways of doing things. As long as you've got good aim, there should still be plenty of opportunities. At the very least, you can expect to encounter some tough competition along the way.
Zombies Zones
In Zones, players take control of two survivors who must fight to survive through zombies. Zombie mechanics differ a lot between games and some can feel repetitive after a while. Even before you reach level 60, you're pretty much forced to learn everything that you need to know about zombies in general, including how to deal with hordes of ghouls. Aside from basic shooting skills and basic reloading techniques, no matter how well-prepared you are, there are still quite a number of bugs in various places. For instance, if there's a zombie ambush right before you fire, the shotgun will automatically shoot dead, instead of firing the bullet into the body. Also, when using SMGs, there's nothing wrong with accidentally dropping half of the clip onto another player because the weapon won't immediately reload. Still, given the constant stream of updates for the majority of the season, it can be expected the developers will fix those issues soon after release for future titles. While you wait, head into combat by clearing out the remaining zombies and putting together your squad. A full list of zones in Zombies will be provided at the end of the article. There are 50+ maps which allow you to mix things up a bit and experiment with different concepts every time you play.
Domination All-Rounder
Call of Duty: Mobile includes a multiplayer split-screen feature called Domination. Its purpose is to let players switch from solo to duo mode. And if you ever feel lonely and down, turn your console off, grab a friend and hop into Domination mode for someone who can play together while you're away. Since it's a 3D online experience, Domination ensures that only 2 players can share controls at once as opposed to 4 or 8. That means it's easier to chat with co-players to understand whether you've been killed or not. Once again, for anyone who feels alone on their device, don't worry about being able to socialize with friends and family whenever you please. Only Domination mode comes with limited functions, though the servers are constantly working on improving the overall quality and performance of the service. They plan on implementing a new server feature later with improved stability and a host of new features.
Zombie Blitz
Players start up a match with a designated spot to land, but it's often impossible to find an open space with safe entry points. To overcome this issue, zombies in Zombies are placed randomly around the map in strategically placed spots. When one enters a zone, he begins to chase him until both parties have exhausted the energy and eventually die. If players stay on the hunt, they can even locate rare spawns that have the ability to teleport into empty rooms that would enable each of them to become invisible to sight. However, the biggest advantage of Zombie Blitz is the fact that they only come when players are actively hunting for resources. So you won't have to rush at the first place, where you're most vulnerable. Zombie Blitz can also bring added excitement during intense matches as ghosts will move from building to building, helping players capture higher amounts of power every time they break in. In addition, gamers can choose to hide behind walls and look for the weakest point of the room to attack their prey. Unlike standard events, Zombies have many unique mechanics so it's important to stick to your usual strategy and readjust it if everything changes. Depending on what happens next in the battlegrounds, this element can alter your options forever. Another great note that makes Zombie Blitz stand out from others is that it comes pre-installed with Overkill mode, allowing players to execute zombies one by one for additional reward. Overall, zombies in Zombies offer players the option to roam around and eliminate opposing teams in seconds.
Search & Destroy
Search & Destroy, otherwise known as S.D., is one of the newer modes. It's basically a PvP, or Player versus Player, battle royale type action game. Just like Domination, the main goal of Search & Destroy is to collect as many items as possible after surviving enemy squads and avoiding counterattacks. After finishing a mission, rewards are given based on the score from both sides. Most of the content in Search & Destroy revolves around collecting weapons, armor, grenades, explosives, vehicles, and ammunition. What keeps Search & Destroy fresh is that it provides different challenges every week, such as a gun challenge or assault. Those who fail the final test can receive bonus rewards, such as a brand new suit, so don't think you'll ever run out of challenges. Instead of relying solely on your personal skill set, S.D.'s focus on teamwork will keep you on your toes against opponents. Furthermore, since S.D.'s focuses mainly on the battlefield rather than chatting with random strangers, communication will be key to understanding your teammate's movements and actions. Plus, unlike Dominance Mode, where you still need to manually enter a location and engage other people, Search & Destroy gives you instant access to other types of enemies too. Whether it's a robot attacking or a big-rig soldier trying to sneak into certain buildings, Search & Destroy lets you play out your plans without worrying about being noticed or overpowered. Additionally, although finding items isn't difficult in searches/destroy mode, acquiring equipment can still be a problem. Luckily, thanks to advanced tools like PASM or Smart Scope, you can easily acquire upgrades, attachments, and other necessary parts. Finally, knowing exactly where to deploy your explosive, grenade, or weapon will save you a ton of pain. Everything here in the name itself speaks for itself—the theme is Search & Destroy.
While none of these modes stand out as particularly distinct from the previous ones, COD Mobile definitely stands apart from other shooters by offering an entirely new gameplay experience. It goes above and beyond simply aiming for perfection. No other major shooter app has done so with as much dedication and care as this one does. We recommend picking it because you won't regret it. Without further ado, let's dive deep.
